All AI processing runs on dedicated server infrastructure. Your customer conversation data is not shared with any third-party AI provider. Data is stored on servers located in the European Union and Germany (Hetzner). We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) Paddle.com for payment processing; (b) WhatsApp/Meta for message delivery; (c) service providers who assist in operating our platform under strict confidentiality; (d) law enforcement where legally required.
We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Service. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email hello@qloody.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup and legal compliance purposes.
