Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial ends from your account settings or by emailing hello@qloody.com.

2. Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial charge. To request a refund, email us at hello@qloody.com with your registered email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual charge, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of your subscription year.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be billed again, and you retain full access until your cycle ends. There are no cancellation fees.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are handled by Paddle.com. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and manages all billing, invoicing, and refund processing on our behalf. For billing disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly.
