By accessing or using Qloody, a service provided by Writing Katana ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us") at qloody.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Qloody provides AI-powered sales automation software including, but not limited to: AI chat agents, lead qualification tools, WhatsApp automation, payment link generation, and a business analytics dashboard. Features vary by subscription plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@qloody.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Qloody offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method at the selected billing interval. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel, your subscription will commence automatically and you will be charged the applicable plan fee.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send spam or unsolicited communications; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; (d) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
All content, software, and technology on the Service is the property of Qloody or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your active subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Qloody shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. Qloody reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
